I rarely agree with, let alone follow mainstream dogma.
Especially if it makes no sense to me.
It is not in my D.N.A.
When something doesn’t feel right or makes no sense to me, I question it and I interrogate it.
I reference all of it and preference none of it.
That is, until I can inform my own views based on direct experience.
I guess this is what Thought Leadership is about.
I Coach and Teach predominantly C-Suite Professionals, Directors, C.E.O’s, Founders and Entrepreneurs who want to view their business life and their personal life from a higher level of mind.
My work is for the Leaders.
Self Leadership is key.
And what do Leaders do?
They go first.
The problem is, I see a whole lot of ‘management’ going on, and not a lot of ‘Leadership’.
And what is Vulnerable Leadership?
The Vulnerable Leader MUST HAVE COMPETENCE and CHARISMA.
What is Charisma?
Charisma is the ability and the skillset to call the elephant in the room while still maintaining strong relationships.
Yes, Charisma is a skillset.
And Competence is proof of your experience and that you can deliver.
This is what Vulnerable Leadership means to me.
