GENERAL
The content and learnings provided by Pauline Nguyen is developmental work and can be very therapeutic. This is not therapy. You are to acquire assistance from a professional psychotherapist if it is therapy that you are seeking.
CONFIRMATION/DEPOSITS
a. Your order is confirmed once you receive an automated confirmation email from us.
b. Should you not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase, please contact pauline@pauline-nguyen.com.
2. PRICING
a. All prices include GST and are current at the time of publishing.
b. Prices are subject to change and are finalised at the time of order confirmation.
POSTAGE / DELIVERY POLICY
a. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
b. We ship worldwide, and shipping times depends on your location.
c. Postage within Australia will take approximately 3 – 5 business days after processing.
d. International postage may take 3 – 4 weeks after processing.
e. Once an item has been shipped, the item is the responsibility of the courier / shipping provider. We cannot be held liable for lost items. We will endeavour to provide postage receipts and tracking details where required.
f. For large orders over 1kg or 3 books and above, please email Pauline direct at pauline@pauline-nguyen.com
g. Meditations will be delivered as a digital download via email. Please note that the secure download link for the meditation will only be active for 48 hours after purchase. If you require access to the link again, please email Pauline direct at pauline@pauline-nguyen.com
REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
a. Pauline Nguyen reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders and/or event attendance. At this time, a full refund will be issued.
b. Force Majeure: Should any natural disasters occur such as earthquake, flood, fire prevent Pauline Nguyen from fulfilling its obligation, Pauline Nguyen will not be held liable for non-performance.

d. Once your order is confirmed, refunds are not available for any programs and/or events.
e. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be credited the total event amount. This credit can then be used against other programs and/or events, pending availability.
