Have spent the last couple of days having tearful conversations with friends, colleagues and confidants… and on a number of occasions, with myself.

Friends have asked me to sing for them, read to them, drum for them, hold them and pray for them.

We heal each other when we connect on a level that is Real and Raw.

No Bullshit.

Because Connection is why we are here.

Connection is what gives our lives Meaning and Purpose.
